Neychoru is the realization of a dream that lived in our hearts for more than a decade.

For years, we searched for truly authentic Malabar cuisine in Kuwait. While we found many good restaurants, we always felt something was missing — the warmth of home, the richness of traditional flavours, and the heartfelt hospitality that defines Kerala. That dream inspired us to create Neychoru.

Named after Kerala's beloved neychoru (ghee rice) — a symbol of celebration, generosity and togetherness — our restaurant was built to bring the true spirit of Malabar to Kuwait. Every recipe is prepared with authentic ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and passion passed down through generations.

At Neychoru, every meal tells a story. Every guest is welcomed like family. More than serving food, we are preserving a heritage and sharing the authentic flavours of Kerala with our community in Kuwait.
